Jeremy Stephens - Skilled Helper

One of the strategies I work with is Gerard Egan's Skilled Helper Model. He outlines three key steps which may help you to clarify where you are and where you want to be (how you get there is down to you, and this is what we will explore together in our sessions.

Current scenario - Where you are currently.

Preferred scenario - Where you actually want to be. (leading to)

Strategies - Things to help you get where you want to be, so you can live a fuller, happier, more rewarding life.

But remember though this is just one of a number of possible strategies I may refer to when working with you.  As I work in a non directive way, my aim to to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment where you can tap into your own undiscovered strategies.
